About Us

Angel Community Alliance, Inc.

At Angel Community Alliance , we believe everyone deserves the chance to live a fulfilling, independent life especially those navigating the challenges of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and disabilities. Founded by angelicka James, Angel Community Alliance was born from a deep desire to create compassionate, person centered services that help individuals transition from institutional care to thriving in their communities. Inspired by real-life stories of resilience and her background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Early Childhood Education, Angelicka knew there had to be a better way to support people living with disabilities.

Our programs are built on the principles of dignity, respect, and empowerment. We work closely with each participant to develop personalized plans that reflect their unique needs, goals, and potential. Whether through direct support services, skill-building, or community integration, we’re here to help individuals defy limits and exceed expectations.

Our commitment isn’t just professional, it’s personal. We see the faces behind the services, and we’re driven by a genuine desire to make life better for every person we serve.

Join us as we build a community where everyone can thrive.
